The person running your projects was hired to do something else.

Fractional project management for small teams who need someone dedicated to the timelines, the status updates, and the tool that is supposed to be tracking it all.

What I Do

Someone owns the schedule. That someone is me.

Your designers design. Your developers build. Meanwhile the timeline lives in three places, the client asks for a status update, and whoever is least busy that week writes it. I take that off the team.

Timelines that hold

Real schedules built so a slip in week two shows up before it becomes a missed launch in week six.

  • Task-level schedule with an owner and a date on every line
  • Dependencies mapped, so you can see what a delay actually costs
  • Critical path identified and flagged
  • Milestones your client can hold the team to

Weekly status reporting

The same report, the same day, every week. Written from the work, not from asking everyone how it is going.

  • What moved, what is behind, what is blocked
  • Decisions sitting with someone, named
  • Risks flagged while there is still time to act
  • Written to be forwarded to a client as is

Client communication

Follow-through between the meeting and the deadline, which is where most of it gets lost.

  • Meetings turned into action items with owners and dates
  • Follow-up that continues until the item actually closes
  • A written record of what was agreed and when
  • Bad news delivered early instead of at the deadline

Tool setup that sticks

Asana, Monday, Basecamp, or Notion, configured around how your team already works.

  • Built from your workflow, not a template
  • Statuses, views, and labels your team will actually use
  • Existing work migrated in, not started from blank
  • A short handoff doc so it stays current without me

Pricing

Start small. Scale it if it works.

Most agencies between five and fifteen people don't need to hire a project manager. They need one project set up right, and then somebody to keep it that way. Start with either.

Founding rate

Project Reset

One project, properly set up.

$450$300 one time

Founding rate for the first three clients, then $450 flat. Delivered in 5 business days.

  • A real timeline with every dependency mapped, so you can see what a slipped date actually costs
  • A status report template built inside the tool you already use, not a new one to log into
  • A risk and open-item log your team can pick up and run with
  • A thirty-minute walkthrough call, so it's yours and not mine

One project, one client, up to three workstreams and eight people. Larger than that and I'll quote it.

Project Reset Intake

Tell me about the project.

Eight questions, about ten minutes. This tells me whether the project fits a Project Reset and lets day one start with real work. Your answers come straight to me, and I reply by email.

One or two sentences.
Design, copy, dev, production.
Including you, freelancers, and anyone client-side who approves things.
Name the tools, honestly, even if the answer includes email and memory.

About

Seventeen years of keeping complicated things on schedule.

I started in advertising as a media planner and buyer, running annual strategy and buys across 30+ markets on a $1M budget, working alongside account teams and creative on deadlines that did not move.

From there I spent fifteen years in K-12 education as a Science Program Lead and Department Chair across three countries, which is project management under a different title: multi-phase programs, immovable dates, budgets, and a dozen stakeholders who all needed something different from the same plan.

Now I do it for small teams who need that discipline without a full-time hire. I hold the Google Project Management Certificate, sit for the PMP in November, and serve as Program Manager for Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow, a youth entrepreneurship nonprofit, running program delivery on Agile and Kanban practices.

Project Odyssey

A full documentation set built from a real, genuinely messy project: an international relocation that lost its diploma, blew past its start date, and had to be rebuilt around a new critical path.
